Life Changing Challenges are proud to now offer special charity packages offering guaranteed places on our most popular events at reduced rates. 


We have three charity packages available, Gold, Silver and Bronze, please see details below. However you can make up your own bespoke charity packages that suit the charity supporters.

GOLD PACKAGE 2024 - £7500  

Gold affiliated charity status benefits include:-

2 Places on a 2025 Overseas Trek of charities choice.

3 Wing Walk places prebooked from one of the available sites and open dates.

Free Priority Website listing

Reduced entry fee for additional spaces on Wing Walk Challenge.

SILVER PACKAGE 2024 - £3600

Silver affiliated charity status benefits include:-

1 Place on a 2025 Overseas Trek of charities choice.

1 Wing Walk places prebooked from one of the available sites and open dates.

Free Priority Website listing  

Reduced entry fee for additional spaces on Wing walk Challenge.

BRONZE PACKAGE 2024 - £2000

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. All charities must acknowledge and adhere to the specified dates and deadlines for the return of all correspondence. 

2. Due to demand for entries we cannot guarantee charities will be allocated the same number of entries each year. Any charity that has found difficulty in filling their entry allocation in the past may be asked to reduce their entries the following year. 

3. All submissions for entries and packages are requests only until full payment is received.

4. Payment of package and entry fees are to be made payable to Life Changing Challenges and are due 30 days net from date of invoice. 

5. The details of the packages are as stated; and are non-negotiable. Once payment has been made no refunds to the charity will be permissible, except in the event of cancellation (see point 10 below). 

6. Life Changing Challenges will commence package on receipt of package payment. 

7. Each charity must ensure their participants are informed about the importance of training and seeking medical advice before undertaking a training programme. 

8. An invoice will be raised detailing the package requested. Payment is due as per applicable deadlines. Charities are allocated a Gold, Silver or Bronze package level. Refunds cannot be made for any unallocated entries, nor can places be rolled over to the following year. 

9. Any charity that has requested a Gold, Silver or Bronze package will be offered package pending payment in full. 

10. In the event of cancellation of any event Life Changing Challenges will endeavour to re-arrange the event on another date. In the event that it is not possible to re-arrange the event to another date all charity advertising and fundraising packages will be offered a full refund for the charity package. However, Life Changing Challenges will not be liable for any charity’s loss of potential fundraising income. 

11. Life Changing Challenges reserves the right to change the location, date and entry limit of each event.
