The Shaw Mind Foundation's common goal is to significantly reduce suicide across the world within 10 years*. We do this by developing innovative ways to support children and the next generation to flourish and cope with the emotional demands of modern day life, and by supporting businesses to shape positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
All of our projects are key in reducing suicide rates across the world. We work hard to support children, schools and businesses with developing sustainable strategies for positive mental health.

About the RNLI: Our volunteer lifeboat crews provide a 24-hour rescue service in the UK and Ireland, and our seasonal lifeguards look after people on busy beaches. Our Flood Rescue Team helps those affected by flooding.
RNLI crews and lifeguards have saved over 142,200 lives since 1824 but we’re more than a rescue service. We influence, supervise and educate people too. Our Community Safety teams explain the risks and share safety knowledge with anyone going out to sea or to the coast. And our international teams work with like-minded organisations to help tackle drowning in communities at risk all around the world.

Our current appeal is a ‘big build’ with plans to extend our chemotherapy unit in University Hospital of North Durham by more than 50% to create a centre of excellence for patients battling cancer. County Durham continues to be an area high in cancer diagnosis, with over 3000 new cases diagnosed every year. Everyone knows someone who has fought, or is fighting cancer, so please help us with our build big, so we can provide a welcoming environment for patients providing them with dignity and care throughout their treatment.

Email: firstname.lastname@example.orgBravo Medics is a charity run by volunteer critical care doctors who directly save lives across Bristol, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and North Devon. We step in when people are seriously ill and the air or NHS ambulances cannot respond. We are also despatched when people need medications or treatments only available in hospital, emergency general anaesthetics or roadside surgery.
Our medics are highly trained critical care doctors who are on call to drive on blue lights to emergencies at any time. They provide hospital-level care in the community, which would otherwise be unavailable.Over 90 pence over every pound donated is spent on responding. Your support will help ensure we continue our work and save lives in the community.
